Your tour begins with a hotel pickup within the Jakarta area. The first stop is the Welcome Statue at the Hotel Indonesia Roundabout, accompanied by the nearby Water Fountain. You will then pass by Independence Square, home to key government buildings, including the Presidential Palace and the Arjuna Wijaya statue.
Next, visit the National Monument (Monas) from the outside. This iconic landmark is especially striking at night when it is lit in various colors. You will also see Istiqlal Mosque, Southeast Asia’s largest mosque, positioned opposite the neo-Gothic Catholic Cathedral. These two religious buildings symbolize Indonesia’s diversity and unity.
Explore Mangga Besar Street, known for its vibrant street food at night. Taste Jakarta-style pancakes called Martabak with chocolate and cheese toppings.
