Description
This tour covers Jakarta’s historical and cultural highlights, moving from the north to the west and central areas. It begins at Sunda Kelapa harbour, the city’s old port, where you will enjoy a traditional boat ride along the canals. Here, observe wooden Phinisi ships and local fishermen at work.
Next, visit Batavia old town for a walking tour of Dutch colonial buildings around Fatahillah Square. Key sites include museums and a puppet maker’s workshop with an explanation of local arts.
